About the project
Our experienced demolition crew utilised a combination of excavators, hydraulic breakers, and precision cutting tools to safely bring down the structure while minimising disruption to neighbouring facilities in the Senoko industrial estate. Hazardous materials were identified, contained, and disposed of according to regulatory requirements. Demolition methods used
Crushing

Breaking
Breaking approach is used by breaking up the concrete structures into smaller pieces, Such approach is usually employed for the demolition of sub-structures of a building. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with breaker head for such activity.
Bucketing
Bucketing approach is used for scooping up loose concrete elements after crushing and breaking. The loose concrete elements will be bucketed up to a tipper truck for disposal. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with bucket head for such activity.
