Demolition at 14 Senoko Loop
T.A.G. Construction was appointed to carry out the demolition of an industrial facility at 14 Senoko Loop, situated in one of Singapore’s most active industrial estates. The project scope encompassed the complete demolition of the existing building, removal of all structural debris, and full site clearance in preparation for future redevelopment - executed in strict adherence to BCA safety regulations and NEA environmental requirements.
About the project
Our demolition specialists employed a methodical top-down approach using excavators fitted with hydraulic crushers and shears, ensuring controlled dismantling of the multi-storey industrial structure. Dust and noise mitigation measures were maintained throughout to comply with environmental standards and protect adjacent operations. All recyclable materials, including steel and concrete, were segregated and sent for processing, reflecting our commitment to sustainable demolition practices in Singapore.

Demolition methods used
Crushing
Crushing approach is used by applying strength to fragment the concrete into smaller pieces so as to demolish the concrete structure. Such approach is usually employed for the demolition of sub-structures of a building. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with crusher header for such activity,
Breaking
Breaking approach is used by breaking up the concrete structures into smaller pieces, Such approach is usually employed for the demolition of sub-structures of a building. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with breaker head for such activity.
Bucketing
Bucketing approach is used for scooping up loose concrete elements after crushing and breaking. The loose concrete elements will be bucketed up to a tipper truck for disposal. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with bucket head for such activity.
