Reinstatement at Woodlands Industrial Park D

T.A.G. Construction reinstated an industrial unit at Woodlands Industrial Park D, returning the premises to their original bare condition as required by the landlord before lease expiry.

Working from the original lease plans, our team removed tenant-installed partitions, raised floors, ceilings, production-line infrastructure, mezzanines and M&E services, and hacked out added screeds and finishes while preserving the landlord's base building.

Waste was segregated to NEA classifications for recycling or licensed disposal, followed by making-good: patching, reinstated floor screeds and finishes, restored ceilings, repainting and final cleaning. The unit passed the joint inspection on the first attempt.
