This project required the complete teardown of existing commercial and industrial structures, followed by thorough site clearance and debris removal to prepare the plot for its next phase of use - all while maintaining full compliance with BCA and NEA regulations.
About the project

Demolition methods used
Crushing
Crushing approach is used by applying strength to fragment the concrete into smaller pieces so as to demolish the concrete structure. Such approach is usually employed for the demolition of sub-structures of a building. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with crusher header for such activity,
Breaking
Breaking approach is used by breaking up the concrete structures into smaller pieces, Such approach is usually employed for the demolition of sub-structures of a building. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with breaker head for such activity.
Bucketing
Bucketing approach is used for scooping up loose concrete elements after crushing and breaking. The loose concrete elements will be bucketed up to a tipper truck for disposal. Hydraulic excavator is commonly fitted with bucket head for such activity.
